Tired of balancing your video game steering wheel on your lap? Sick of the totally NOT real effect of clamping your wheel to a table? (Can someone please pass me the applesauce?) Well, I was not happy with that situation and so I designed the SNAKEPIT! Now you will get completely immersed in the game like never before! It really is amazing! This is a serious piece of equipment for some serious good times! This unit is built like a real race car with a tubular chassis made in the good old USA so it's built right, and it's built to last!!!! The SNAKEPIT simulation seat also comes equipped with my exclusive faux clutch pedal with adjustable spring tension. If you are like me and you like to race with a manual transmission but have always felt odd having no clutch to work, your day has arrived! Clutch pedal can also be removed to accomodate the new 3-pedal peripherals (thanks for listening Logitech!)

When you order your SNAKEPIT GSL video game chair, you get a deluxe, fully adjustable, cushioned seat typically used in the "real" world as a sports and street tuner seat. This seat reclines via hand turning knob(s) and adjusts forward and backward via a slider rail system so you can easily accommodate other drivers.
Please note that this is a RACING-TYPE seat designed to support a driver and keep side-to-side movement to a minimum and therefore is much more form fitting than a regular car seat. If you have a very large frame, you may wish to purchase the Snakepit sans seat and provide your own based on your size and personal comfort needs.
Peripheral compatability; we have personally tested the SNAKEPIT for use with the Playstation-compatible Logitech Driving Force Pro wheel and pedals (shown but NOT INCLUDED) and the XBox & PS2 compatible Mad Catz MC2 wheel and pedals (NOT INCLUDED). However, we have made the mounting surface large enough that it should also easily accommodate all other brands of wheels, as well as joysticks for you flight simulator fans.
